News:

The Annual Member's Meeting for Stones Throw will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at 2 p.m.    A quorum is necessary for any business to be conducted.   We hope you will keep that date available so you can attend.

Current volunteers serving on the Board of Directors are Carol Butch, Margaret Benson, Nancy Lenz, Bobbi Wolf, Noemi Mirra, Richard Hackett, and Melissa Lear.  You can find our contact information in the Community Directory should you need to reach out for any reason.

You can also visit STPOA.org, and click on the Community Documents heading to find a list of the most recent Rules & Regulations, By-laws, Covenants, Building Applications, and more!   A recent addition is the Vendor Resource list.   Perfect to help you find a reliable vendor, who has a good reputation within the community.   It is still ESSENTIAL that you vet your contractor on your own, including people on the list.    Please note also that is not a requirement to utilize the vendors on the list.   You may find any contractor you desire.

 Reminders:

SNOW REMOVAL SEASON is here.   You must have your cars off of the road and in the driveway in advance of any snow events.   This allows the road crew to clear the road timely.  Once done, they begin work on the driveways.    It costs a significant amount of additional money when the road crew has to come back later to clean up around cars left on the road.  It is your Association dollars, so we want to spend it wisely.   Make a plan now for where your car(s) will be when the next snow falls.
